Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow – all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.   Global Business Systems – Senior SAS Platform Administrator  Your Impact  Drive the administration, stability, and continuous improvement of SAS platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs.  Your Team  You will work within a global IT organization, collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and support teams in an Agile environment.  Your Day-To-Day  Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SAS platforms, combining technical expertise with strong business analysis capabilities to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.  Responsibilities  Own SAS platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and stability  Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions  Configure interfaces, workflows, and data integrations  Develop reports, dashboards, and backend processes  Ensure data consistency across systems  Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis  Manage user access, roles, and configurations  Execute upgrades and system changes  Monitor performance and drive improvements  Drive automation and continuous optimization  Ensure compliance with security standards  Maintain documentation and coordinate testing  Collaborate with global teams and vendors  Support onboarding and knowledge sharing  Skills and knowledge  SAS platform administration and lifecycle management  SOCOL (or similar tools), HTML, SAS protocols  Interfaces configuration and data integrations  Understanding of system integrations and data flows  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Ability to translate business requirements into solutions  Experience in Agile environments  Basic Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field  4+ years of experience in platform administration or similar roles  Experience with SAS or similar platforms  Preferred Qualifications  Experience with SQL, Python, or similar  Knowledge of automation or DevOps practices  Experience working in global environments          Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
