We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead pre-launch activities for a non-authorized hepatitis brand and hepatology pipelines, aligned with the government’s goal of eliminating Hepatitis B. This high-impact role requires an individual with expertise in public health strategy, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and pre-market development planning. You will work closely with policymakers, healthcare experts, and decision-makers to ensure successful preparation for product introduction while advancing disease elimination efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Launch Strategy Development
Design and implement a comprehensive pre-launch plan for the hepatitis brand, focusing on market readiness, landscape shaping, and stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (market access, medical affairs, government affairs, finance etc.) to create anticipatory frameworks and tools for launch-stage execution.
2. Policy Advocacy and Government Engagement
Build strong relationships with KOL, policymakers and government health agencies, aligning brand strategies with national hepatitis elimination priorities.
Contribute to shaping policies and initiatives aimed at implementing effective screening, prevention, and treatment programs for Hepatitis B.
Advocate for access, affordability, and healthcare system integration of the future product.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration and Expert Engagement
Partner with key opinion leaders (KOLs), academic researchers, and healthcare experts to identify unmet medical needs, positioning the brand as integral to Hepatitis B solutions.
Organize and lead advisory boards, workshops, and public health forums to foster collaboration and insights exchange.
4. Market Intelligence and Insights Gathering
Monitor market trends related to Hepatitis B, including patient demographics, epidemiology, and treatment gaps.
Generate actionable insights to guide pre-launch priorities and adaptation of brand strategies to local contexts.
5. Campaign Development Support
Support the creation of awareness campaigns targeting patients, providers, and public health organizations to underline the importance of Hepatitis B elimination efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams on educational initiatives about disease management and breakthrough innovations, ensuring alignment with governmental goals.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree in public health, life sciences, business, or a related field (e.g., MPH, MBA, MD, or equivalent).
Proven track record of working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environments.
Familiarity with government policies on infectious disease elimination programs, such as WHO guidelines or national Hepatitis frameworks.
Skills:
Strategic planning and execution in pre-launch or launch contexts.
Strong expertise in policy advocacy and government relations within the healthcare sector.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, especially with KOLs and policymakers.
Analytical skills for market research and insights development.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and public health outreach.
