The Role
As the Integrated Campaign Manager at ThoughtSpot, you will be pivotal in driving the strategy, development, and optimization of integrated, global campaigns. These campaigns will be specifically targeted at Data and product leadership and practitioners to significantly drive market awareness, generate new logo acquisition, and foster growth within our existing customer base.
This highly cross-functional role involves deep collaboration with various marketing and sales teams at ThoughtSpot to define comprehensive campaign scopes and ensure successful, impactful delivery. You will also be responsible for defining critical success metrics, reporting on campaign effectiveness, and providing insights to continuously optimize future strategies for ThoughtSpot.
What You'll Do:
Campaign Management: Drive strategy, development, and optimization of integrated, global campaigns to drive awareness, generate new logo acquisition and grow our existing customer base.
Campaign Execution: Execute global campaigns and support demand generation and field marketing teams with local execution of regionalized campaigns, including account based marketing programs and programs targeting specific verticals.
Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns based on insights derived from continually monitoring and analyzing campaign results, and regularly review insights/results with key stakeholders at ThoughtSpot
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with field, product, online, web, content, and social marketing teams to align multi-channel execution across ThoughtSpot.
Content Development: Create and leverage reusable content and asset templates for campaigns.
Experimentation: Test new tools, approaches, and channels to innovate and scale programs, with an emphasis on integrated marketing to support global corporate campaign and regional campaign execution to reach, engage, and convert key audiences for ThoughtSpot.
Performance Reporting: Define critical program success metrics and reporting needs, and partner with marketing operations to forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics, demand gen funnel metrics, as well as overall return on investment.
What You Bring:
4-6 years of Campaigns/integrated marketing experience.
Experience with developing and executing marketing programs for high-growth startups.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
A mindset of a "CMO of your own campaign": valuing planning, being analytical, strategic, and driving team alignment.
Proactive problem-solver who identifies and resolves risks.
Experience running webinar or digital event programs.
Ability to translate business goals into campaign strategies with clear metrics.
Skilled at prioritizing opportunities and balancing customer and business needs.
Strong presentation, analytical, and budget management skills.
Strategic thinker who values planning and drives team alignment.
Passionate about analytics and data.
Open to innovative campaign ideas.

Spotters are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. In California, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,00 per year.
Actual compensation may vary and will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.

Comfortably and confidently integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflow to increase productivity and quality.

Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions.
