Internal Communications and Events Specialist
Overview
The Communications team is looking for an Internal Communications and Events Specialist to help strengthen employee engagement and enhance the internal experience through clear, strategic communication and impactful events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and creative, with a strong ability to translate business priorities into meaningful internal narratives and experiences. This professional will support leadership visibility, drive alignment across teams, and help foster a strong and connected organizational culture through effective communication strategies and well-executed internal initiatives and events.
Role
In this position, you will:
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute internal communication strategies that support business priorities.
• Plan and manage internal events, town halls, leadership engagements, and employee experience initiatives.
• Develop clear, engaging internal communications including announcements, leadership messages, presentations, and internal campaigns.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across internal channels and platforms.
• Support executive visibility and storytelling by preparing communication materials and key messages.
• Monitor employee engagement and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness and event experiences.
• Coordinate with regional and global communications teams to ensure alignment with broader corporate messaging and initiatives.

• Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality communication materials and events.
• Have an intermediate to advanced understanding of internal communication channels, employee engagement strategies, and corporate messaging.
Additional desirable capabilities:
• Experience supporting executive communications and leadership engagement initiatives.
• Ability to manage and execute corporate events, both in-person and virtual.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset when identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience.
