The Role
We are seeking a IT Audit Analyst to join our Internal Audit Team, playing a pivotal role in evaluating and strengthening our IT control environment. This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive IT audit strategies while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and industry standards. The role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our IT systems and contributing to the organization's risk management objectives.
What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)
Execute comprehensive IT audit plans, including evaluation of complex IT processes, automated controls, and system implementations
Conduct thorough assessments of IT risks and control environments, providing recommendations for improvement and remediation
Manage SOX compliance testing for IT general controls, automated controls, and system integrations
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure effective audit outcomes
Document and communicate audit findings, including system architecture, operational processes, and control deficiencies
Drive the implementation of audit recommendations through effective project management and stakeholder engagement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, technologies, and best practices

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
CISA, CPA, or equivalent certification in good standing
5+ years of experience in IT Audit, with strong knowledge of SOX, COSO, and COBIT frameworks
Demonstrated expertise in IT general controls, automated controls, and risk assessment practices
Strong understanding of IT security, infrastructure, and control environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with an audit management technology solution, with AuditBoard experience preferred.
Experience with SaaS applications, databases and middleware solutions such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Boomi or FiveTran
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data analytics tools and visualization techniques
Experience with enterprise SaaS applications such as SAP, Workday, and Okta
Knowledge of Python programming and API development
Experience with artificial intelligence and prompt engineering
