What You'll Bring:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Consultant / IT Senior Auditor, you will independently plan and execute IT and cybersecurity audits across multiple LATAM countries, including audits required by local regulators. This role is designed for professionals with 4–5 years of IT audit or technology risk experience who can apply critical thinking and professional skepticism, perform root cause analysis, and deliver clear, high‑quality audit reporting that translates technical risks into meaningful business insights.
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? (Job functions)
Plan, execute, and document IT and cybersecurity audits in accordance with the Global Audit methodology and approved annual audit plan.
Perform risk assessments and define audit scope across key technology domains, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data.
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT General Controls (ITGCs), including access management, change management, IT operations, and business continuity.
Execute and support regulatory IT audits required by local authorities across LATAM countries, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and timelines.
Apply critical thinking and professional skepticism to assess control effectiveness, challenge management explanations, and identify meaningful risks.
Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying and systemic causes of control deficiencies, not just surface‑level issues.
Prepare clear, well‑structured audit working papers that support conclusions and comply with audit standards.
Deliver high‑quality audit reports, clearly articulating condition, root cause, risk/impact, and actionable recommendations.
Communicate audit results effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including management and control owners.
Follow up on remediation plans and validate closure of audit findings through evidence‑based assessment.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Audit and Advisory function.

Impact You'll Make:
WE HAD LOVE TO SEE (requirements)
· Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
· 4–5 years of experience in IT Audit, Information Security, or Technology Risk.
· Proven ability to independently plan and execute IT audits, including scoping, testing, evaluation, and reporting.
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability assess risk holistically.
· Demonstrated experience performing root cause analysis to identify underlying control failures and systemic weaknesses.
· Proven capability to produce clear, concise, and well structured audit reports, including executive level summaries and actionable recommendations.
· Solid knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), cybersecurity principles, and IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, and ITIL.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, including the ability to present audit conclusions to management.
· Ability to manage multiple audits across different countries while meeting quality, regulatory, and timeline expectations.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
