We work at the intersection of automotive, technology, and business.
We support leading automotive companies in digital transformation, customer experience, and process optimization, focusing on how technology changes the way businesses operate and interact with customers.

The work:
Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams across different business areas.
Contribute to international projects by supporting the design, implementation, and improvement of business and digital initiatives (with guidance from experienced team members)
Assist in analyzing and improving business processes across key areas (e.g. sales, customer experience (CX), and aftersales), identifying opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency
Research automotive industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across sales, marketing, and customer service to support client projects
Support transformation initiatives related to digital platforms, customer journeys, and operational processes in the automotive sector
Participate in project work using both agile and classic methodologies, building your consulting and project skills
Continuously develop your knowledge in areas such as automotive trends, digital solutions, AI, and automation

Your winning qualities
Very good German (min. B2/C1) and good English.
Interest in automotive and/or new technologies.
