KYC Representative Role summary - Be a KYC Representative, you will responsible for client onboarding review and approve, you will have chance to work closely with rest of ops team as well as business team. Location: Shenzhen On-site Full-time What you’ll do Verify customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance. Be the POC for business escalations, provide insights/progress updates on the cases and resolve the case in a fast and accurate manner. Identify potential issues/opportunities from the daily work and escalate to manager for further follow-up. Assist and engage in additional projects/tasks assigned. Oversee SLAs to ensure alignment with team and business goals. Maintain strict adherence to both local and global KYC standards and procedures Who you are Strong customer-centric mindset Good oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English Quick learner with strong adaptability Effective communicators across teams Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Able to work under pressure with time constraint KYC knowledge will be a plus For internal candidate 2+ years’ working experience, with a minimum of 1 year tenure in Payoneer CC or Ops roles Good performance and reference check from line manager #LI-DW1 #LI-Onsite The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.
