About the Role
We are seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager - Enterprise Partnerships to build and scale strategic partnerships that power Razorpay's Ads business. This role will focus on developing platform partnerships (UPI TPAPs, Google, Meta, Commerce Platforms) and publisher relationships that enable our Audience Intelligence and Transaction Ads products to reach scale. You'll be the architect of our partnership ecosystem, creating win-win relationships that unlock new revenue streams and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Publisher Partnerships
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with advertising platforms (Meta, Google) to enable audience activation through our Transaction Graph data
Onboard and grow partnerships with commerce-first platforms, UPI TPAPs, and digital publishers for Transaction Ads inventory placement
Negotiate partnership terms, revenue shares, and co-marketing agreements that drive mutual value
Ecosystem Development
Build relationships with payment ecosystem players, fintech platforms, and digital commerce companies to expand our Transaction Ads network
Identify white-space opportunities within the BFSI, D2C, and e-commerce advertising landscape for partnership expansion
Create joint go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate adoption of both Audience Intelligence and Transaction Ads products
Strategic Alliance Management
Serve as the primary relationship owner for key platform and publisher partners, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate partner platforms and ensure seamless campaign execution
Develop partner enablement materials, case studies, and success metrics to demonstrate value and drive deeper engagement
Revenue & Growth
Drive partnership revenue targets through strategic account planning and relationship development
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships
Track partnership pipeline, metrics, and business performance, providing regular updates to leadership
Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of industry trends in adtech, martech, and fintech to identify emerging partnership opportunities
Monitor competitive partnership strategies and positioning to maintain Razorpay's competitive advantage
Provide product feedback based on partner and market insights
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within adtech, martech, fintech, or digital platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling platform/publisher partnerships with measurable revenue impact
Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising)
Experience working with payment platforms, UPI ecosystem, or commerce platforms is a strong plus
Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring complex partnership agreements
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze partnership performance and optimize for growth
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker who can balance long-term relationship building with short-term revenue goals
