As a Manager, Marketing Operations & Enablement at DraftKings, you'll drive the evolution of a more data-driven, automated, and scalable marketing ecosystem. You'll partner closely with cross-functional marketing leaders to enhance how campaigns are measured, executed, and optimized across channels. What you'll do as a Manager, Marketing Operations & Enablement
Partner with marketing leaders to define and execute a forward-looking marketing operations and measurement strategy.
Improve how performance is tracked and understood by building scalable frameworks for attribution, reporting, and insights.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations that influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
Act as a subject matter expert across marketing technology, enabling teams to adopt best practices and maximize tool capabilities.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline processes, and reduce operational friction across marketing functions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems and data flows support acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
What you’ll bring
At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital marketing, preferably within a consumer-focused environment.
Proven experience evaluating and implementing new technologies, including leading proof-of-concepts and driving adoption.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous or data-limited situations.
Hands-on experience with modern marketing tools such as measurement platforms, customer data platforms, analytics tools, and paid media channels; MMPs (e.g., Singular), CDPs (e.g., Hightouch), GA4, paid media platforms (Meta, Snap), and identity solutions (e.g., LiveRamp).
Deep understanding of customer journeys, including acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders through strong storytelling and presentation skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a track record of testing, learning, and improving business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 116,500.00 USD - 145,600.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
