What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Performance: Manage and mentor a team of product professionals, ensuring accountability for tasks, timelines, and performance outcomes. Portfolio Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of products, platforms, and strategic initiatives. Experience You’ll Bring Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, driving successful product strategies and launches. Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of IP networks, architecture, and design within telecommunications and managed hosting environments. Product Leadership: Demonstrated success in defining, building, and launching high-performing products that deliver measurable business impact. Lifecycle Mastery: Deep understanding of software development processes and the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. Customer-Centric Approach: Confidence in interfacing with customers and stakeholders, delivering world-class service and tailored solutions. Training & Enablement: Skilled in creating and delivering dynamic presentations and training sessions, adapting messaging for different audiences. Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to resolving complex challenges under pressure. Hands-On Guidance: Ability to instruct and support customers effectively across on-site, online, and remote channels.
