Job Description
Work Location Assignment: Lima, Peru. Must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business (Office Location - Calle Las Orquídeas 585, San Isidro 15046, Lima Peru)
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for marketing support and the implementation of brand plans across different therapeutic areas in the country, including operational execution, follow-up of portfolio strategies, support of internal coordination and alignment with enabling functions, as well as focus on specific projects.
Responsibilities
STRATEGY
Support CBL and CBM brand plan definition and implementation of portfolio strategies across Therapeutic Areas.
Coordinate and/or co-lead cross-Therapeutic Area projects as defined by the business, including KPI definition and follow-up.
Data analytics:
Analyze sales and market performance and the competitive landscape. Follow up on territory POAs, and analyze the scope, impact, and efficiency of promotional investment.
OMNICHANNEL & CONTENT
Support the implementation and follow-up of omnichannel plans.
Tailor the design and production of promotional materials for each pharmacy type, guaranteeing visibility and display at key POS.
Define content and audiences with CBL/CBM, ensuring correct implementation and development of materials with the Content & Channel Team.
DME
Responsible for Marketing budget follow up, Tactical Matrix submission and upload, ensuring the proper brand expenses execution and phasing, also fulfill the quarterly DME estimation completion working together with the Finance team.
Coordinate or follow up on medical samples distribution, management, and KPIs.
MEETING & EVENTS
Provide definition and documentation to the “Transaction Center” to ensure app creation, compliance, and flawless execution of events and initiatives to support brand plans.
Coordinate logistics and content for BU meetings, field force POAs, team-building, and training-related activities.
COMPLIANCE
Annual update of the Speaker program and database.
Ensure messages are aligned with local and global policies.
Promotional Material management in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
English – Advanced level
University graduate
3+ years of professional experience
Expect candidates to demonstrate these competencies:
Understanding of sales / marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
Excellent communication and digital skills
An understanding of how to develop and use customer insight
Self-awareness & emotional intelligence; strong planning and organizational skills
Teamwork capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Data analysis and interpretation
