Dellshire Resort is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the resort’s experiences, events, dining outlets, and guest offerings. This role plays a key part in bringing the Dellshire brand to life through engaging content, campaign coordination, and cross-department collaboration.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with digital marketing, social media management, promotional campaigns, event marketing, and on-property storytelling to help drive awareness, guest engagement, and revenue. This position works closely with the Director of Marketing and internal resort departments to ensure marketing initiatives reflect Dellshire’s commitment to imagination, wonder, and unforgettable experiences.

What You’ll Do
Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns promoting resort experiences, seasonal programming, dining outlets, and events.
Coordinate marketing timelines, promotional calendars, and campaign deliverables.
Track campaign performance metrics and assist in reporting results.
Social Media & Digital Content
Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across resort platforms.
Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content highlighting resort experiences, associate culture, and guest moments.
Monitor engagement and assist with responding to comments and messages in alignment with brand voice.
Event & Resort Activation Support
Support marketing efforts for resort events, holiday programming, and special promotions.
Assist with on-site marketing activations, signage coordination, and guest engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate promotion of events and offerings.
Content & Brand Coordination
Assist with creation of marketing materials including flyers, digital graphics, email campaigns, and promotional signage.
Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials and messaging.
Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and media partners when needed.
Website & Digital Presence
Assist with updates to resort website content, promotions, and event listings.
Help ensure accurate and up-to-date information across digital platforms.
Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives where applicable.
Administrative & Organizational Support
Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and project tracking tools.
Coordinate internal marketing requests from departments.
Assist with ordering and organizing promotional materials and marketing supplies.
What are we looking for?
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of marketing, social media, or hospitality marketing experience preferred.
Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Photography or video content experience.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Experience with hospitality, tourism, or entertainment marketing.
Knowledge of social media analytics and content scheduling platforms.
