Marketing Specialist
Join our marketing team at Thermo Fisher Scientific where you'll create effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support our scientific solutions. As a Regional Marketing Specialist II, you'll collaborate with regional marketing managers to plan and execute marketing programs that connect our products with customers who are making breakthrough discoveries. You'll manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives, enhance campaign performance through data-driven insights, and ensure all communications align with our brand standards while delivering measurable results.
[Role Summary]
As a Regional Marketing Specialist II, you will lead Demand Generation and SFDC Operations to bridge marketing initiatives with sales outcomes. You will own the end-to-end marketing engine, ensuring data-driven lead management and scalable execution to maximize pipeline creation.
[Key Responsibilities]
Campaign Execution: Plan and run monthly digital/eDM/Social campaigns and quarterly newsletters. Manage messaging for New Product Introductions (NPI) and nurture cold leads.
Event Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of webinars and exhibitions—from registration and on-site support to post-event lead capture and follow-up scripts.
SFDC Operations: Drive daily discipline in Salesforce, including lead input, routing, and campaign setup. Ensure all inbound leads (Forms, surveys) are actioned by sales.
Data & Analytics: Maintain customer database segmentation and SEO/SEM keywords. Build dashboards to track funnel metrics, campaign ROI, and lead conversion.
[Key Performance Indicators]
Lead Generation: Increase the volume of marketing-sourced qualified leads by business unit.
Conversion Efficiency: Improve Lead-to-Opportunity conversion rates and ensure Lead Follow-up SLA compliance.
Operational Excellence: Maintain SFDC data hygiene and ensure timely execution of the monthly/quarterly campaign cadence.
[Requirements]
Advanced Degree (No experience required) OR Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of multi-channel marketing experience (Digital, Web, Social, Events, Traditional).
Experience in Marketing Automation and Lead Scoring.
Data analytics for tracking campaign metrics and ROI.
Proficiency in Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms.
Core Competencies:
Multi-platform copywriting and content creation.
Project management.
Vendor and creative agency coordination.
SEO/SEM and keyword management.
Compliance: Knowledge of brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.
