Position Summary
You will lead the team's medical governance activities in Mexico to ensure our medical work is safe, compliant and fit for purpose. You will partner with medical, commercial and legal teams to identify and manage risks. You will help shape and improve processes, train colleagues and support audit readiness. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead risk identification, assessment and mitigation for medical activities and scientific engagement.
- Maintain and improve governance processes, policies and standard operating procedures.
- Design and run management monitoring activities, track findings and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide practical governance advice for projects, external expert interactions and medical review of materials.
- Support audit and inspection readiness, and act as the local lead for internal and external reviews.
- Build training materials and deliver training on governance standards to colleagues and partners.

Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical governance, medical affairs, compliance or a related role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience with risk management, audits, or corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good collaboration skills with ability to work across functions and with external vendors.
- Soft skills such as leadership management, assertive communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in Management Monitoring or Independent Business Monitoring activities.
- Familiarity with disclosure obligations and transfer of value reporting requirements.
- Track record of supporting audit or inspection readiness.
- Experience working with medical review or copy approval processes.
