Main Responsibilities / Trách Nhiệm Chính
Territory Management / Quản lý khu vực: Oversee potential hospitals and clinics in Ha Noi & Thai Nguyen, ensuring comprehensive product coverage. Phụ trách các bệnh viện và phòng khám tiềm năng tại Hà Nội (Bạch Mai, TMH TW, Nhiệt đới TW, Đức Giang, Việt Pháp…) & Thái Nguyên, đảm bảo độ phủ sản phẩm toàn diện.
Bidding Process /Quy trình đấu thầu: Successfully implement the bidding list for assigned products, ensuring adherence to regulations and maximizing opportunities. Triển khai thành công danh mục đấu thầu cho các sản phẩm được giao, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định và tối ưu hóa cơ hội kinh doanh.
Sales Target Achievement / Đạt chỉ tiêu kinh doanh: Execute the company's business plans to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets. Thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh của công ty nhằm đạt và vượt chỉ tiêu doanh số hàng quý và hàng năm.
High-Quality Engagement / Cung cấp thông tin chất lượng cao: Provide health professionals with up-to-date, accurate, and high-quality product information to support their practice. Cung cấp cho các chuyên gia y tế thông tin sản phẩm chính xác, cập nhật và chất lượng cao để hỗ trợ công việc của họ.
About You / Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications and Skills / Trình độ và Kỹ năng
Education / Trình độ học vấn: Minimum of a degree in Medicine or Pharmacy; a university degree is preferred. Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Y hoặc Dược,
Experience / Kinh nghiệm: At least 2 years of experience working with hospital channels and pharmaceutical products. Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với các kênh bệnh viện và sản phẩm dược phẩm tại Hà Nội.
Expertise / Chuyên môn: Strong knowledge of bidding processes and proficiency in securing product listings. Am hiểu quy trình đấu thầu và có khả năng đưa sản phẩm vào danh mục đấu thầu.
Skills / Kỹ năng: Proven sales, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Kỹ năng bán hàng, giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt.
Preferred Candidate / Ưu Tiên Ứng Viên
Availability to start early in Apr 2026 will be prioritized. Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể bắt đầu làm việc vào tháng 4 năm 2026.
