About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle/WebLogic Administrator with strong DevOps experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Oracle RMB and WebLogic application servers on both Windows and Linux platforms while also implementing automation and CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools. This role requires a mix of system administration, application management, and DevOps engineering expertise.
What you bring
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle RMB or ERP or any Java-based application hosted on WebLogic servers in Windows and Linux environments.
Perform routine administrative tasks such as patching, monitoring, tuning, backup, and recovery for application systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application servers, databases, and system performance
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience administering Oracle RMB or ERP or any Java-based application hosted on WebLogic application servers.
Experience managing both Windows and Linux server environments.
hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks using scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for both on-premises and cloud environments.
