Cross-Functional Collaboration: Perform rigorous account planning at assigned accounts, collaborating effectively with Prime and Cloud sales specialists to maximize solution adoption and account growth.
Requirements
10+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Enterprise Sales.
Recognized experience and proven track record managing large, complex key accounts in Colombia.
Ability to strategize, orchestrate, and collaborate with a large extended internal and partner team.
Strong business acumen and capability to hold executive-level, value-driven conversations with C-suite leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success selling into Financial Services AND/OR Insurance major accounts in Colombia (e.g., Grupo Bolívar, Davivienda/Davibank, Grupo AXA, etc.).
Deep familiarity with Salesforce's Customer 360 platform or comparable enterprise software solutions (CRM, Multi-Cloud, Digital Transformation platforms).
Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and digital trends driving the Colombian banking and insurance industry.
