DV Commodities is a division within DV Group that specializes in trading commodities markets, including crude oil, refined products, natural gas, power, emissions, metals, softs, and agriculture. DV Commodities currently has over 35 desks, with traders and staff located in London, New York, Chicago Houston, and Dubai. Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient trading environment Oversee seating plans, desk allocation, floor utilization, and growth planning Maintain accurate floor maps, seating charts, and headcount-related records Serve as primary liaison with building management on facilities, access, HVAC, power, and maintenance Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, security, maintenance, furniture, office services) Track office-related spending, reconcile expenses, and support budget monitoring Oversee building access, security credentials, visitor logs, and emergency procedures Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with HR and IT Maintain shared spaces, office amenities, and employee experience initiatives Support office events and drive culture initiatives Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing office operations or facilities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and vendor management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment. Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Annual compensation range $80 -100K base + discretionary bonus DV is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
