Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Palantir Developer to join our Data and Analytics practice, supporting a strategic global client (Engineering/EPC domain). The role will focus on designing and delivering scalable data solutions using the Palantir Foundry platform, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong expertise in data engineering, platform development, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Palantir Foundry
Build and manage data ontologies, models, and transformations within Foundry
Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Develop dashboards, operational applications, and analytical insights within Foundry
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards
Optimize pipeline performance and improve processing efficiency
Provide production support and issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, Business Teams)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4–8 years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience in building and managing ETL/data pipelines
Good understanding of data modeling and warehousing concepts
Experience with API integrations and data ingestion frameworks
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in Palantir Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories
Exposure to Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
Prior experience in Engineering / Construction / EPC domain (good to have)
