Department Title: Post-Grad Intern – Client Service and Sales Internship
Location: Stamford, CT
Position Summary:
O'Shaughnessy Asset Management, LLC (OSAM) is seeking a full-time intern for the summer. The candidate will support the sales and client service efforts of the Institutional, Retail and Private Wealth Solutions teams located in Stamford, CT. The experience will provide an inside look at how an institutional class equity money management firm operates, interacts with clients and prospective clients, how we innovate and how our organization works together to ultimately generate returns on behalf of our clients. We will facilitate firm cross training across functions and within the intern class. In the past this includes sessions with senior managers, portfolio managers, traders, a trip to the NYSE and social outings.
Key Responsibilities Can Include:
Assist with the completion of monthly and quarterly questionnaires regarding the firm and its operations
Help produce monthly and quarterly client performance reports
Assist in the production of sales materials
Proof presentation materials
Maintenance of the firm’s customer relationship management tool
Additional Projects, as assigned
Ideal Qualifications:
Excellent writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter
Pursuing or completion of a bachelor’s degree

This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 40 (dependent on state/location) hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $35 (dependent on location and function) USD per hour.
