Premium Service Specialist
Role summary - The Premium Service Specialist team delivers end‑to‑end support for top clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards.

What you’ll do
Provide high quality services to VIP customers via different channels
Responsible for end-to-end resolution efficiency of operational issues
Work closely with sales team and understand customer profiles
Maintain a high customer satisfaction and quality standard when in compliance with policy and regulations
Identify potential risks for major complaints and escalate
Who you are
Customer centric with problem solving mindset
Self-motivated to reach resolution, proactive and willing to take ownership
Great communication skills
Attention to details
3 years + proven experience in a customer facing role from international company
Bachelor’s degree and English CET-4
General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications:
Experience with fintech, banking, or eComs industry is a strong plus
