Job Description
The intern will handle technical and documentation activities supporting the group. These activities include reviewing technical specifications, creating documents and certifications, running traffic and coverage studies and building on our AI tools to improve the efficiency of checking recurrent configurations, gathering documents from the internet, and optimizing design procedures such as block diagram generation.
Core Responsibilities
While interns work under supervision, their tasks align with the broader Presales Engineering scope:
Design Support: Assisting with the technical design of product applications and basic system configurations
Documentation: Help prepare technical documentation for proposals, including block diagrams and system descriptions. Help gather other types of documents, such as company certifications or signee information online.
Proposal Preparation: Assisting with the bid and quote process, including point-to-point answers to bids and risk assessments for non complex designs
Competitive Analysis: Learn to analyze competitive products and comparisons, and recommend design changes to maintain advantages
Demonstrations: Help prepare practical demos for specific technologies
AI: Work with AI tools inside Motorola to create knowledge bases for simple designs such as radio subscribers for specific customers, create 'gems' for asking questions about ordering guides, use AI assistance for creating block diagrams; and automate downloading updated documents from government sites

Basic Requirements
Required Knowledge & Skills
Desired technical and academic profiles:
Academic Background: Students in their 4th or 5th year (8th–10th semester) of Electronic, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering.
Technical Knowledge:
Communication technologies (voice/data mobile networks)
IP network protocols and security
Some familiarity with narrow-band architectures (LMR) and broadband (LTE)
Interest in learning basic Project Management methodologies
Languages: Advanced or intermediate proficiency in English is preferred.
Tools: Proficiency in Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and a strong interest in expanding skills regarding AI tools
