Job Summary
The Coordinator, Administrative Support provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support within Analog Devices’ Aerospace & Defense organization. This role supports Chelmsford, MA management with scheduling, onboarding, training coordination, site logistics, and food and beverage services among other responsibilities. The role reports to the Chelmsford, MA site Sr. Director.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Team Support
Provide administrative support including calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing
Assist with preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations
Support communication and coordination across teams
Manage office supplies and coordinate service tickets on machines
Training Coordination & Onboarding
Assist with scheduling training sessions and tracking completion
Support onboarding of new hires by coordinating orientation activities, system access requests, and required training
Site Logistics & Event Hospitality
Support site logistics for team meetings, training sessions, and customer visits
Assist with customer and visitor registration and meeting logistics in accordance with security requirements
Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings and events, including placing catering orders and coordinating delivery and setup
Office and cubicle occupancy tracking and growth plan
Required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of administrative or coordination experience
Experience supporting teams in an office or technical environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $31 to $42.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
