We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our global Lodging, Ground and Sea (LGS) team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—powering the marketing campaigns that travel suppliers purchase across proprietary channels of Sabre to drive growth and visibility. As a Principal Product Manager, you will serve as a strategic expert owning the product vision and roadmap for our media technology platform. You will drive the end-to-end media product lifecycle including inventory strategy, monetization and optimization of customer outcomes. This role requires the ability to operate with high autonomy and influence senior stakeholders across the enterprise to scale our media business and expand channel reach through industry-leading solutions.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap to support the strategic, commercial and growth goals for the media technology platform.
Direct the end-to-end media product lifecycle including inventory strategy, monetization, measurement and optimization of customer outcomes.
Partner with the Media Commercial team to align product capabilities, go-to-market readiness and customer demand.
Collaborate with leadership across Agent, Airline and Corporate channels to enable media display, attribution and conversion tracking.
Define and communicate customer and commercial value through advanced dashboards, insights and customer-facing reporting.
Preferred qualifications and education
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, product development or solution engineering within digital media or advertising technology.
Proven expertise in monetization platforms, sponsored content, advertising measurement systems or travel distribution technology.
Demonstrated success in influencing senior leadership and leading complex product initiatives in ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies.
Strong track record of data-driven decision making and establishing success metrics for large-scale, high-impact platforms.
Ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams, external partners and global customers.
