About the Role
As the Product Manager for Post-Donation Experience (Donor Portal & Emails), you will be the strategic owner of the donor journey after checkout. You will turn engagement, retention, and repeat donations into measurable growth levers through structured discovery, experimentation, and ML-driven personalization.
You will connect company OKRs with product strategy and drive outcomes that directly impact GPV and lifetime value.
What You’ll Do
Own Domain Strategy: Define and execute the product vision for Donor Portal and post-donation experience, aligned with company and department OKRs.
Drive Growth & Experiments: Identify retention and upsell opportunities, run structured experiments, and iterate based on measurable outcomes
Build a Metrics System: Define North Star and metric tree (business → product → user behavior) and track adoption, recurring donations, and engagement.
Lead Discovery: Conduct user interviews, analyze cohorts and funnel data, and validate product hypotheses before scaling solutions.
Implement Personalization (ML): Identify and test ML-driven personalization opportunities across portal and emails to increase retention and LTV.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM to ensure product decisions translate into business impact.

5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise environments
Experience owning a product domain with measurable growth responsibility
Strong experimentation background (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis)
Deep analytical skills (Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA / SQL preferred)
Proven ability to translate strategy into structured discovery and shipped outcomes
Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven systems
Strong user ownership — you regularly speak with customers
Fluent English (C1)
