Professional Services Engineer About the Team The Professional Services team at Fireblocks partners directly with our clients to design and implement secure, scalable digital asset solutions. We work at the intersection of technology, security, and finance—collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to drive successful client outcomes. What You’ll Do As a Solutions Engineer on the Professional Services team, you will work closely with Fireblocks clients to guide them through technical integration and ensure a successful deployment of the Fireblocks platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and client engagement, with a passion for digital assets and delivering impact. Lead technical discovery sessions and provide best-practice guidance during integration planning. Deliver solution design workshops, technical documentation, and hands-on implementation support. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technical strategy with business objectives. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape platform capabilities based on client needs. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in crypto, Web3, and blockchain. Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory, security, and operational standards. What You’ll Bring Proven experience working with Banking / Financial Institutions – must Experience in Crypto / Digital Assets / Blockchain – advantage 2+ years of experience working with customers in a technical, client-facing role. Proven experience working with REST APIs webhooks, and websockets. Ability to write scripts using Python/JavaScript/TypeScript or other scripting languages to support integration and automation. Experience delivering efficient, scalable solutions under tight timelines. Familiarity with high-availability architecture and enterprise-scale deployments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience engaging with large, global customers and navigating complex organizational environments. Prior experience working with financial institutions, custodians, or digital asset service providers is preferred. Understanding of crypto and blockchain technologies, including Web3, DeFi, and smart contracts is preferred.
