Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Director Data Centers to lead transformative projects in KSA and beyond. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of data center projects, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and excellence in delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of data center and data center balance of facility projects, from conceptual design through to commissioning and operational handover.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
Coordinate and ensure timely delivery engineering deliverables for site design and supporting “outside the envelope” design, construction and integration.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and outcomes of data center projects.
Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure that all projects meet or exceed industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control requirements.
Effectively manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the project teams.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of progressive experience in managing data center or high-technology projects requiring integrated site utility engineering and construction.
Proven expertise in design, construction, commissioning, and operational handover of data center facilities.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and deliver projects on time.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: $157,500.00 - $283,500.00
