Job Description
The Service Internal Program and Project Manager leads strategic programs and complex project portfolios that drive organizational priorities, operational excellence, and long-term business value. This role is responsible for ensuring successful program execution through strong governance, stakeholder alignment, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The position also plays a key role in driving transformation initiatives, enhancing service delivery, and developing high-performing teams.
Your role:
Lead and drive strategic program initiatives aligned with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
Oversee multiple complex projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Establish and maintain effective program governance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders to enable strong collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, innovative solutions, and new technologies.
Provide executive leadership with data-driven program insights, risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and recommendations for decision-making.
Develop and enhance program management methodologies, tools, and frameworks to improve operational efficiency and project execution.
Monitor program performance against KPIs and strategic objectives, ensuring sustainable value delivery and continuous optimization.
Represent the program in leadership discussions and stakeholder forums, effectively communicating progress, risks, achievements, and priorities.
Lead and support talent development activities including coaching, succession planning, performance management, and team growth.
Identify opportunities for innovation, operational enhancement, and business growth within a dynamic and evolving environment.

You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a Master’s degree in Program Management, Project Management, Agile methodologies, or related disciplines.
PMP Certified Project Manager.
Proven experience managing large-scale programs and complex cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrix organization.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Demonstrated expertise in program governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and organizational change management.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic priorities into executable program plans and measurable outcomes.
Experience with project and program management methodologies, tools, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities and driving continuous improvement.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
