Project Support Office – Azurion Eye
Join our PMO Azurion Eye team as a Business PMO Support professional, where you’ll help drive seamless project execution through coordination, planning, and insightful reporting. Be part of creating the next generation of AI-driven imaging solutions that empower clinicians to see more, decide faster, and improve patient outcomes.
Your role:
You will Support the coordination and execution of software and AI-driven projects, ensuring alignment with agile timelines, technical objectives, and key deliverables, while bringing a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to daily work.
Partner with project managers and engineering teams to maintain product backlogs, sprint plans, and technical documentation, enabling smooth development and deployment of AI solutions.
Contribute to data-driven project reporting by gathering development metrics (e.g., velocity, model performance, release progress), analyzing insights, and communicating status to stakeholders.
Participate in agile ceremonies, technical workshops, and cross-functional forums, capturing key decisions, action items, and dependencies to support alignment across product, data science, and engineering teams.
Organize and maintains software and AI project artifacts, including datasets, model documentation, and version-controlled resources, ensuring accessibility and traceability.
Ensure data quality and integrity across project tracking and reporting systems, performing regular checks to validate consistency in technical and operational data.
Provide operational and coordination support to software and AI teams, assisting with tooling, workflows, and team logistics to enable efficient delivery.
You're the right fit if:
You hold a Bachelor degree or a Vocational Education qualification.
You bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile methodologies, or a related field.
Have a true customer centric mindset, able to effectively manage escalations and create clear reporting on operations.
Fluent in English is required; Dutch is a plus. The role is based in Best, the Netherlands, with a hybrid working model.
Experience with medical imaging, computer vision, or launching new product initiatives is considered a plus.
