The Role
We are seeking an experienced Request for Proposal (RFP) professional to support our sales team by delivering high quality, compelling responses to RFPs, DDQs and other client requests. This role partners closely with sales, investment, product and enterprise teams to position our capabilities effectively for complex and high profile opportunities.
You will combine strong writing skills, investment knowledge and sound judgement to create accurate, tailored responses under tight deadlines, while also helping drive consistency, quality and process improvement across RFP activity.
This is a visible and influential role within the sales process, offering exposure to senior stakeholders, complex opportunities and a highly collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to shape responses that directly support business growth while helping evolve best practice across the RFP function.
In this role you will
Prepare and deliver high‑quality responses to RFPs, DDQs and RFIs using a mix of pre‑approved content and customised responses
Review and quality check responses produced by others, acting as a subject matter resource for the team
Apply your investment and industry knowledge to respond consistently and accurately to detailed product, fund and service questions
Manage multiple requests simultaneously, prioritising effectively in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrating flexibility
Manage multiple relationships and ensure clear and timely communication throughout
Liaise with subject matter experts across the business and obtain approval for content where required
Help the content manager to maintain and enhance RFP content libraries, ensuring consistency across all sales materials
Contribute to process improvements, automation and effective use of RFP technology
Support RFP leadership with queue management, deadline negotiation, reporting and team mentoring
Act as a backup point of contact for RFP leadership when needed
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
What it takes
Previous experience in RFP, DDQ and RFI responses (sales support or client services experience also beneficial)
Strong investment knowledge and interest in financial markets (essential)
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content
Confident stakeholder management, including interaction with senior sales and business leaders
Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities
Experience using content management systems such as Qvidian (or similar)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Understanding of prioritisation, process improvement and content governance
Special Factors

This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
