Job Description
Your work days are brighter here.
We’re obsessed with making hard work pay off, for our people, our customers, and the world around us. As a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we’re shaping the future of work so teams can reach their potential and focus on what matters most. The minute you join, you’ll feel it. Not just in the products we build, but in how we show up for each other. Our culture is rooted in integrity, empathy, and shared enthusiasm. We’re in this together, tackling big challenges with bold ideas and genuine care. We look for curious minds and courageous collaborators who bring sun-drenched optimism and drive. Whether you're building smarter solutions, supporting customers, or creating a space where everyone belongs, you’ll do meaningful work with Workmates who’ve got your back. In return, we’ll give you the trust to take risks, the tools to grow, the skills to develop and the support of a company invested in you for the long haul. So, if you want to inspire a brighter work day for everyone, including yourself, you’ve found a match in Workday, and we hope to be a match for you too.
About the Team
We are looking for a high-octane Program Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our sales plays. You won’t just be managing a checklist; you will be the architect and the engine. From the initial creative design of a play to the final execution and analysis, you will be the glue that holds our cross-functional teams together.
This role is for a self-starter who doesn't wait for a roadmap—they build it.
About the Role
The Demand Acceleration Team is seeking an individual to lead the design, development, coordination, and execution of our global demand accelerators.
What You’ll Do
Design & Execute: Lead the full "concept-to-customer" process for sales plays, ensuring every campaign is innovative, actionable, and measurable.
Influence & Align: Act as the central hub for Sales, Marketing, and Product. You’ll need to influence stakeholders (often without direct authority) to align on a single, unified roadmap.
SFDC Mastery: Utilize Salesforce to track progress, pull insights, and ensure our sales plays are rooted in data, not just intuition.
Present with Punch: You’ll deliver presentations that are clear, engaging, and persuasive.
Proactive Problem Solving: We don't do "micromanagement" here. You’ll identify gaps before they become craters and pivot strategies without needing a nudge.
About You
Who You Are
A Creative Strategist: You think outside the box to make sales plays "fun" and engaging for the field, but you have the analytical brain to prove they work.
A Master Coordinator: You thrive in the "organized chaos" of stakeholder management. You know how to get a "yes" from busy executives and distracted teams.
Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and know how to leverage it to drive execution.
High Energy: You bring a sense of humor and creativity to the job. You believe that "process" doesn't have to be boring.
Decisive: You are comfortable making calls in the face of ambiguity and taking ownership of the results.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in Program Management, Sales Operations, or Enablement.
Tools: Proficient SFDC skills are a non-negotiable.
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills—you can tell a story with data.
Mindset: A "business owner" mentality. You see a problem, you fix it.
Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email accommodations@workday.com.
