In this role, you’ll be the engine of growth for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, acting as a "Hunter" for new logos. You will have the unique opportunity to manage the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions, making a tangible impact on Trimble's global footprint.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Growth: Spearhead new revenue initiatives and acquire new Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across the Spanish and Portuguese markets to expand our global network.
Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the entire process from lead generation to closing, utilizing precision CRM forecasting to ensure high deal velocity.
Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Orchestrate complex, price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value.
Essential Skills & Experience
B2B Sales Expertise: 5+ years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within the SaaS or logistics industry.
Bilingual Communication: Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus (but not mandatory) is required to collaborate with our international teams and local clients.
Strategic Hybrid Mindset: Demonstrated ability to balance aggressive new business acquisition with meticulous key account development.
Bonus Points For:
Experience navigating large-scale, private equity-owned global environments or international organizational structures.
