The Salesforce Platform Manager will provide management and oversight of the support and platform processes for Salesforce and related. Act as a front line manager for team in Costa Rica. Lead Support coordination, help plan tasks, and provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platform.

What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
5-7 years of Salesforce experience
3+ years managing teammates
Experience working with internal customers and stakeholders
English B2 minimum

Oracle CPQ experience
Strong analytics background
Salesforce Administrator certification required, additional certifications desired
