What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day Salesforce System Administrator: manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access
Configure declarative Salesforce features: page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder / Flow, approval processes
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, list views to support business users
Assist in data import, export, cleansing, deduplication, and data integrity tasks
Handle user support queries — troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, assist with training & documentation
Maintain system health: monitor storage, system limits, logs, audit trails
Participate in release cycles: testing, sandbox maintenance, change sets, deployments
Work with stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations) to translate business requirements into configuration solutions
Document configurations, processes, changes, and create user guides / training materials
Stay current on Salesforce releases and help adopt new features / best practices
Qualifications / Skills
Required / Must-Have:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Strong interest in CRM platforms and business process automation
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
Basic understanding of relational data modeling, objects, fields, relationships
Hands-on experience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, validation rules, reports & dashboards)
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow — adaptability, curiosity, and attention to detail
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce CPQ Certification
Experience in data import/export (CSV, Data Loader, etc.)
Familiarity with Apex / trigger / basic coding (even if limited)
Knowledge of business domains: sales, marketing, support processes
Experience using Git, version control, or deployment tools
