Responsibilities:
Develop, build, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and data conversions.
Execute approved SAP development change requests and projects based on business and functional requirements.
Identify and implement solutions to optimize SAP application performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and SAP teams to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
Apply secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities and ensure system integrity.
Support testing, defect resolution, knowledge transfer, and go-live activities.
Analyze, resolve, and escalate SAP incidents and problems, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, process efficiencies, and application enhancements.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Stay updated on SAP developments, support shift-based operations, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in SAP support or project implementation, particularly in ABAP and/or S/4HANA.
Proficient in ABAP programming across SAP FI, SD, and MM modules; IS-Automotive (VMS/Warranty) is a plus.
Skilled in ABAP objects such as BADIs, User Exits, BAPIs, IDOCs, SmartForms, ALV, BDCs, and Data Dictionary.
Familiar with SAP PI/PO, HR ABAP, ABAP Web Dynpro, and Java Web Dynpro (beneficial for future development).
Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA platforms.
Knowledgeable in software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
ITIL v4 certification is an advantage.
Strong technical and analytical skills in SAP customization, configuration, and report/form development.
Effective communicator with good organizational skills and proficiency in standard business software.
