What You'll Bring:
The Senior Analyst, Latin America Communications is an individual contributor responsible for supporting the execution of corporate communications programs across Latin America (Colombia, Dominican Republic, Chile, Central America).
The role contributes to building and protecting the company’s external and internal reputation as a global information and insights company that makes trust possible in global commerce.
Working closely with the Senior Consultant, Latin America Communications, the Senior Analyst helps deliver day‑to‑day communications activity including media relations support, content development, associate communications, client‑affecting communications, and issues and crisis preparedness. This role translates defined strategies into high‑quality execution, ensuring messages are accurate, timely, and aligned with regional and enterprise priorities.
The role reports to and works with the Director, Corporate & Americas Communications and provides direct support to the Senior Consultant. They have a dotted reporting line to the Senior Manager of Brand Management for Latin America. The Senior Analyst is part of the global Corporate Affairs & Communications function and collaborates with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, Legal, Risk, and other enterprise partners to support integrated communications delivery.
The role may draw on International writing, design, and social media resources and will support agency coordination as required.
The role works with wider Enterprise teams to help communicate the company’s mission, strategy, and value across the Latin American markets.
The role is based in the Bogota, Colombia office and also works remotely as part of the flexible working policy (currently two days a week in office).

Impact You'll Make:
Requirement section 1:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, engaging content across formats
· Ability to support the execution of communications programs across digital and traditional channels
· Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow‑through
· Ability to quickly understand and accurately communicate technical or complex information
· Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
· Familiarity with media landscapes and communications practices in Latin America
· Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience
· 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field (in‑house or agency)
· Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred requirement section 2:
· Experience supporting media relations and press office activity
· Familiarity with media monitoring, reporting, and PR measurement tools
· Exposure to issues or crisis communications support work
· Experience working in financial services, information services, or regulated environments
· Experience coordinating with agencies or external vendors
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
