As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure, delivery automation and observability tools powering the 1inch platform and the future of DeFi. You will work as part of a team that designs, builds, and manages cloud infrastructure — predominantly on AWS, with some private data centre environments where practical. You will work closely with development teams across the business, enabling them to build, deliver, and run their services with confidence. Your team acts as a platform and enabler: championing observability, promoting engineering best practices, and driving innovation — while optimising infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability. We are looking for a proactive and disciplined engineer who thrives on ownership and continuous improvement. You treat infrastructure as a product, thinking in terms of scalability, performance, maintainability, and developer experience. You balance speed with stability, prioritise work that adds the most value, automate away repetitive work, and help other teams raise their game.
