Job Description

Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.
As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.
We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.
If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.
Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Infobip’s SaaS Base, you will work on large-scale customer engagement and automation platforms, including our AgentOS solution. These products power complex workflows, orchestration, and 2-way communication systems used across multiple communication channels globally. You will be part of small, initiative-based teams of 5–6 engineers within a larger organisation of 30 people tackling technically demanding problems around scalability, concurrency, and platform unification, with a strong focus on backend excellence and occasional contributions to the frontend when needed.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain complex backend services primarily using Java and the JVM ecosystem.
Work on distributed, multithreaded systems that support automation, orchestration, and 2-way communication platforms such as AgentOS.
Contribute to feature development and unification across multiple SaaS products, including Answers and Moments and AI Agents.
Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript
Collaborate closely within a small, cross-functional initiative team, participating in plannings, reviews, and retrospectives.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability of the systems.
Apply an AI-first mindset, including exploring and integrating AI or LLM-based capabilities into product features where relevant.
What makes you a strong fit
5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on backend development.
Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented programming; JVM experience is essential.
Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and building complex, scalable systems.
Experience working with distributed systems and multiple interconnected services.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript, with willingness to contribute occasionally.
Ability to work effectively in small teams, taking ownership and driving solutions end to end.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Experience with Kotlin; Scala experience is acceptable as prior JVM exposure, even though it is not used internally.
Exposure to AI, NLP, or LLM-based systems, especially integrating AI into production environments and adopting AI tools for solving day-to-day problems
Experience working on large SaaS platforms with a broad set of customers and use cases.
Interest in mentoring other engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
