At HPE Networking, the Digital Experience & Automation (DEA) team is reimagining how people experience support and services in a digital‑first world—setting new standards for the future of networking. Lead engineering delivery for networking customer portal, automation platforms and solutions that enhance customer support, customer journeys, and enterprise workflows. Drive scalable, intelligent automation capabilities—leveraging bots, RPA, APA, and guided experiences—integrated with Salesforce and enterprise IT systems.
What you'll do:
Automation Solutions & Enterprise Integration
Design and deliver automation platforms for customer support, service operations, and enterprise workflows
Build and standardize automation frameworks to enable reusable, scalable solutions
Integrate automation solutions with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems
Enable real-time orchestration using APIs, middleware, and event-driven/microservices architectures
Implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation), APA (Agentic/AI Process Automation), and workflow orchestration solutions
Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient automation ecosystems
Customer & Operational Experience
Design and implement guided customer experiences and digital journeys across onboarding, support, and lifecycle stages
Enable intelligent automation using BOTs (chatbots, virtual agents) for customer and employee interactions
Improve self-service, case resolution, and operational efficiency through automation
Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys with automated decisioning and workflows
Support omnichannel automation across web, APIs, chat, and service platforms
Engineering Execution & Operations
Lead Agile/DevOps delivery across the automation lifecycle
Oversee development of automation components including workflows, bots, APIs, and integration services
Ensure quality, security, observability, and CI/CD best practices
Govern automation lifecycle including build, deploy, monitor, and optimize cycles
Own delivery timelines, platform reliability, and automation performance metrics
Drive incident management, release governance, and continuous improvement
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor engineering teams specializing in automation technologies
Provide technical leadership in automation frameworks, BOT development, RPA/APA platforms, and integration patterns
Foster innovation in AI-driven automation and continuous optimization
What you need to bring:
15–18 years of software engineering experience; 5+ years in leadership
Experience building automation platforms, workflow engines, or digital process automation solutions
Strong experience with Salesforce automation (flows, APIs) and enterprise integrations
Hands-on experience with RPA tools, BOT frameworks, or AI/APA platforms
Expertise in APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and event-driven architectures
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
