Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager (contract) to drive immediate impact across our marketing systems, data, and campaign execution. This role focuses on improving pipeline visibility, optimizing lead lifecycle performance, and scaling campaign operations.
You will partner closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to identify gaps, fix bottlenecks, and implement solutions quickly.
What You’ll Do
Execute campaigns at scale (email, segmentation, list management, A/B testing)
Build and optimize full-funnel reporting
Improve lead routing and lifecycle performance using tools like LeanData
Identify funnel leaks and implement fixes to improve conversion and speed
Develop and refine scoring models, segmentation, and targeting
Support attribution and pipeline influence reporting
Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve handoffs and SLA adherence
Implement process and system improvements across Salesforce and Marketo
Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to leadership
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
Clean, trusted funnel reporting in place
Lead routing + lifecycle gaps identified and improved
Increased MQL → SQL conversion and faster follow-up times
Clear visibility into marketing’s pipeline contribution
What You Bring
Proven ability to operate and optimize Marketo and Salesforce
Hands-on experience with attribution, ABM, and enrichment tools
Strong understanding of funnel metrics, conversion, and pipeline reporting
Experience diagnosing and fixing lifecycle or routing issues
Ability to move quickly, prioritize, and execute with minimal oversight
Detail-oriented with strong QA and process discipline
Comfortable working in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments

Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend)
$90-100/hour
Hours: 40 hours
