About JazzX AI: Vision: Enterprises operating on institutional intelligence—governed, self-improving, and scalable beyond individual expertise. JazzX AI is defining the future of enterprise work—by building AI-native digital workers that actually get the job done. We believe enterprises don't scale expertise—they lose it. Knowledge stays trapped in individuals, judgment gets applied inconsistently, and the best talent spends time on work that should run itself. We're changing that. JazzX AI transforms messy enterprise reality into institutional intelligence: governed digital workers that capture expert judgment, make every decision explainable, and continuously improve through real-world execution. The result is faster decisions, higher-quality outcomes, and reliable execution at scale—in domains where getting it wrong isn't an option. We're starting with lending and due-diligence workflows—complex, regulated, high-stakes. From here, we're building the backbone for enterprise intelligence across industries. This is early-stage, hard, and consequential work. If you want to be part of bringing AI systems to market that actually run in production, handle real complexity, and deliver real outcomes—not demos, not chatbots—JazzX AI is the place. About SAIGroup : SAIGroup a private investment firm that has committed $1B to build and scale next-generation, AI-powered enterprise software companies. SAIGroup’s portfolio serves 2,000+ global enterprise customers, generates nearly $800M in annual revenue, and employs 4,000+ people worldwide — providing JazzX AI with long-term capital, deep operating expertise, and access to real-world enterprise scale from day one. About JazzX AI Our AI platform is an enterprise AGI builder environment designed to empower teams to rapidly build, validate, and deploy production-grade AI solutions with confidence. It provides a unified, modular system where users compose reusable components, leverage domain-aware reasoning, and apply evaluation and governance workflows. With built-in capabilities for evaluation, explainability, and domain intelligence, the platform enables enterprises to scale AI adoption across complex, high-stakes domains with high accuracy and speed. Role overview As a Sr. Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end design for features and experiences that matter to our customers. You'll build an independent, first-hand understanding of who our customers are and what they need, use that understanding to shape concepts from the ground up, and use AI tools to explore ideas and build prototypes faster than traditional design workflows allow. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear, validated, production-ready design. What you will own You'll conduct your own user research to build a first-hand, independent understanding of customer needs, and work backwards from those needs rather than a pre-defined spec — validating concepts through iterative rounds of user feedback throughout the process, not just at the start or end. You'll use AI tools to accelerate exploration, generating concept variations and rapidly building prototypes from low to high fidelity to make ideas tangible and testable. From there, you'll own end-to-end design for features and workflows within your area, translating complex, multi-step problems into intuitive, usable interactions, and applying and extending the design system to keep your work consistent with the broader product. Throughout, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, turning ambiguity into clear design artifacts through iterative reviews and critique. What we are looking for Experience - 6–9 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a proven track record of delivering design solutions for projects of significant scope and complexity - Experience designing complex, B2B, or enterprise applications, and comfort navigating technical constraints alongside engineering partners - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously — driving projects from concept to delivery with limited direction, and navigating ambiguity to define what should be built and why - Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, and using customer insights and data to build deep customer empathy and inform design decisions - Strong portfolio demonstrating independent research, concepting, and end-to-end problem solving, including case studies that show measurable impact - Experience designing for AI-powered, agentic, or intelligent-automation products is strongly preferred Skills & capabilities - Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design, with the ability to relentlessly simplify complex processes into intuitive, elegant UI - Fluency in designing human-AI interactions — communicating system behavior, confidence, and tradeoffs (e.g., how and when AI acts, what it gets right or wrong, and how users stay in control) rather than treating AI as a black box - Hands-on experience using agentic AI and generative tools to accelerate design workflows — exploring concept variations, generating assets, and building working prototypes ("vibe coding") rather than only static mockups - Proficiency in Figma (advanced components, prototyping) and modern prototyping tools, plus enough fluency in HTML/JavaScript/CSS to inform design and interaction decisions is a plus - Experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems, including defining reusable interaction patterns and UX frameworks - Proven ability to synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, product management, and engineering, and to influence product direction through data-informed thinking and clear storytelling - Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices Mindset - High bar for quality, clarity, and usability - Comfortable working in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment What success looks like - Designs grounded in real customer understanding, validated before major investment - Faster iteration from concept to shipped feature Why join us - Work on high-impact problems with a tight-knit, fast-moving design team - Be an AI-first Product Designer, using modern tools to design faster and better Why Join JazzX AI: What draws people to JazzX AI is the opportunity to build something truly foundational. We are at the beginning of a new era — one where enterprise systems will no longer be static tools, but dynamic collaborators that learn, reason, and evolve alongside the people who use them. At JazzX AI, you’ll help build a platform that redefines how work happens in the AGI era. JazzX AI brings together vision, deep technology, and purpose. This is not about experimenting with AI features; it’s about turning the promise of AGI into practical, auditable, and human-aligned systems that enterprises can trust and rely on at scale. The work here directly impacts productivity, efficiency, and decision-making in complex, real-world environments. If you’re motivated by building systems that matter — systems that combine intelligence with responsibility — JazzX AI offers the chance to do that work at a deeper level, with real ownership and lasting impact.
