Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for security technology? Unlimited Technologies is looking for a full-time Project Manager to lead our dynamic team. This role involves managing both technicians and projects, ensuring seamless execution across multiple locations. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Manage and help develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. Monitor and track progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage budgets, conduct revenue forecasting, and oversee invoicing and collections processes with precision and expertise. Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum. Manage project dependencies and facilitate effective communication across teams. Oversee and coordinate projects across multiple locations, necessitating occasional travel to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and sales teams to align project objectives with business goals. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients to ensure project success. Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. Resource Management: Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities. Manage and monitor resource utilization, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency. Manage sub contractors and internal labor to complete projects. Project Quality and Delivery: Establish and enforce project management best practices and standards. Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Implement effective change management processes to address project scope changes and requirements. Regularly engage with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction, actively participating in meetings, surveying project progress, and addressing their needs throughout the entire development lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project alignment. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and risks. Address stakeholder concerns promptly, seeking resolutions that maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, within the physical security or technology industry. Strong understanding of security technologies, including surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, etc. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to completion. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
