Are you a Senior ServiceNow Developer? Join our service delivery team!
You will be focused on supporting our Customer Experience and IT teams ServiceNow instances. This includes mentoring technical teams, intaking business requests and a strong partnership with the business teams. We are looking for a candidate with a deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and support the key objectives of the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and related integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the business requirements
Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers
Design quality features and plan how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future
Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
Having a strong focus on code quality, reusability, and maintainability
Qualifications:
Expertise level of understanding ServiceNow Platform (CSM) and its capabilities
5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow app development
Experience with understanding business needs and how to standardize processes and solutions at a design level
Understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with end users about these topics
Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL
Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML)
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
Result-oriented and good communication skills
Critical thinking skills and ability to work through problems
Nice to have:
Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React
Being able to lead small project teams
3+ years of working experience with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, ITSM
