Job Description
The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for leading analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications or systems software including both systems analysis and programming or configuration of packaged products created by third parties. While managing a department or small unit within the IT department, this job recommends operational strategies and plans that have direct impact on results. This role also influences business decisions made by leadership.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Oversees the development, implementation, and production support of end-to-end communication systems.
Defines and drives a platform modernization strategy that anticipates and incorporates emerging agentic AI capabilities to enhance scalability, resilience, and long-term performance
Consults with executive leadership and business stakeholders to develop and align strategic IT application plans and ensure effective integration with broader organizational objectives.
Leads process improvements, cost reduction efforts, tool development to improve the software development and support process in a way that reduces complexity, improves service, and reduces cost
Leads and directs applications development teams, providing coaching, goal setting, and performance management, including managers, technical leads, and developers.
Ensures compliance with IT quality standards through regular assurance activities, audits, and adherence to regulatory and corporate guidelines.
Partners with enterprise architects, information security, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure resiliency, data security, and regulatory compliance in all delivered solutions.
Analyzes emerging technology trends, advising senior leadership and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in Communications Technology.
Cultivates a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the applications development organization.
Understand the current state platform and envision what we want them to look like in the future.

Base Pay Range: $146,000/yr - $198,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
