Manage suppliers linked to the specific scope, identifying risks and opportunities early. Accountabilities Ensure the issuance, on time, of the specific documentation related to the scope of the technologies (Construction): Responsibility Matrix, Work Plan, Interface Matrix, Specific Procedures, Specific Protocols, Risk Analysis, HandOver and others related. Deliverables must comply with the requirements of the category and project. Ensure detailed monitoring of scope predecessors, in order to early report deviations or potential deviations from meeting objectives. Includes action plan (corrective, paleative, future preventive). Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and conditions associated with specific deliverables, in order to early report deviations or potential deviations from compliance with HSE requirements. Includes action plan (corrective, paleative, future preventive).
