As a Senior Solution Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that belief — shaping how our customers experience the full value of nCino’s Professional Services and ensuring every engagement starts with a clear, compelling vision.
With a primary focus on our SmartSolutions product base, you’ll lead scoping and estimation for Service Offerings, craft Statements of Work, and work closely with customers to design the right approach for their needs. Your work sits at the intersection of sales and delivery — building trust with clients while driving Professional Services revenue.
You’ll also be on the frontier of how we work — leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance how you and your team operate, continuously finding smarter ways to deliver value to our customers and the business.
What You’ll Do
Lead scoping and estimation efforts for Service Offerings with nCino customers, with a primary focus on the SmartSolutions product base
Craft compelling Statements of Work and service offering proposals that clearly articulate the implementation approach and value to customers
Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline, managing all components of Services opportunities
Develop and execute strategies to grow Professional Services offerings across nCino’s expanding customer base
Leverage AI tools and techniques to automate routine tasks and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of Service Offerings
Stay current on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities
Ideally You’ll Have
Solid experience as a consultant or business analyst, with a strong track record of delivering results in a collaborative, client-facing environment
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and work across multiple teams
Willingness to travel to client locations as required (up to 25%)
Even better if you bring:
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
A background in process reengineering
Knowledge of the banking or financial services sector
A graduate or postgraduate degree
