Professionals in this group specialize in designing and developing security features of products including systems, applications and/or solutions during the development stage of the application or product.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
They ensure that the security of all products is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
They integrate new security features, updates into existing products, and resolve integration and testing issues.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The CyberArk Engineering team falls under the umbrella of IAM Engineering and is responsible for collaborating and partnering with the teams and stakeholders across the organization to implement and maintain solution to manage the privileged identities for TIAA. The team works closely with the operations team to streamline existing processes and automate tasks which lead to smoother customer experience. The team is responsible for making sure that the PAM/Secrets Manager service is working optimally and up to date with all security standards and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Job Responsibilities include:
Deliver solutions that meet end user expectations relative to performance, usability, and security for PAM service.
Coordinating with the CyberArk operations team for use case discussions/testing, new integrations, and troubleshooting
Develop, implement, and maintain security solutions supporting the Identity and Access Management program.
Build and maintain operation and configuration documentation, and diagrams.
Maintain the CyberArk PAM/Conjur infrastructure for the organization.
Gather new plugin development requirements.
Upgrade/Install and patch the CyberArk PAM/Conjur services whenever needed.
Work with Cybersecurity Operations and Risk teams to ensure solutions comply with the organization’s standards and policies.
Work with vendors and technology partners to identify new methods to aide in the development and maintenance of solutions.
Conducting proactive analysis to determine if systems are performing optimally.
Work with infrastructure teams (unix/windows/networks/db etc.) to gather information for platform and onboarding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills
8 or more years’ experience working on the CyberArk Privileged Access Management
Experience CyberArk PAM Self-hosted/Privilege Cloud installation, administration, and general maintenance.
Candidate should be a self-starter and have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Hands on experience on Secrets management – Credential Providers (CP/CCP/ASCP)
Hands on experience for CyberArk Conjur Enterprise and Openshift credential access
CyberArk Defender and Sentry certification (or equivalent )
Must have experience working in large Enterprise and able to deliver following the industry best practices and ITIL processes and procedures for Incident, Change, Problem and Release management.
Incumbent should have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to lead the issue resolutions and direct technical solutions.
