Primary Responsibilities:
Work with Engineering and Operations staff to maintain, expand and develop site Controls Systems (DCS and PLC based) including the DeltaV, Foxboro, Allen-Bradley PLCs and the Edwards Fire Alarm Systems
Support the Life Safety and EHS team with the Fire Alarm system management.
Interface with other engineering disciplines, project managers and contractors to design and execute projects safely, on time and in budget.
Interface with Facilities Operations, Engineering, Management and site contractors and vendors to ensure 100% uptime to our customers.

Engineer will provide hardware and software designs as needed to support the maintenance and expansion of the controls systems as needed. This will require points list obtain by referencing field conditions and database information.
Programming of DCS and PLC based control systems.
Oversight of outside Control Integrators including review and approval of their selections, programming and workplans.
Coordination with vendors for system upgrades in means to satisfy our customers and avoid unplanned interruptions.
Support and provide controls system design for the Operations group and the other engineering disciplines (HVAC, Process Piping, GAC, etc) for various ongoing expense and capital projects and systems on site. Work would be on our DCS systems (DeltaV and Foxboro) and PLC based systems.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an Accredited MS Engineering Degree (Electrical or Controls Systems)
5 to 10 years of Experience in the Controls System installation and startup or as a Facilities System Controls Engineer
Interest in a Facilities application environment involving building systems and serving customers.
Qualified to work in the United States
