The Sr. Sales Support Analyst will report to the Sales Support Manager and work closely with the Leica LATAM team, the Danaher Legal team, the U.S.-based and European-based attorneys, serving as a key connector between business, Legal, Marketing and Compliance functions. This position is on-site role and based in São Paulo/Capital, Brazil.
In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Contracts Management, including workflow and templates reviews. Manages contract acquisition and fulfillment between Leica and stakeholders. Coordinates contract negotiation, approval, termination in accordance to company policies, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Support with Public Tenders & Bidding Processes, by ensuring public and private tenders
comply with local procurement laws, global compliance policies and internal governance standards.
Interaction with external law firms, including coordination, engagement, and internal approval of legal services and support the budget management.
Monitor third-parties representation, such as dealers, agents and general suppliers. Ensure standard work in place and adherence to Codes of Conduct, Anti‑Corruption, Competition, Data Privacy and Healthcare Compliance policies.
Healthcare Compliance, Marketing & Events Support.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience: in administrative support and contracts management.
Language: Advanced English and Fluent Portuguese.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience: Healthcare industries, regulated segments and public tenders.
Language: Intermediary Spanish
